Namleh Studios, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates Beach Blast Match, a mobile tap-to-clear puzzle game for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information Beach Blast Match collects, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to players.

Account and Authentication Data

Beach Blast Match may use Unity Authentication and platform identity providers such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. When these features are available, we may process player identifiers, platform account identifiers, authentication tokens needed to verify sign-in, linked account state, and related technical information needed to operate account and cloud-save features.

Gameplay and Cloud Progress

Beach Blast Match stores puzzle progress, level records, stars, coins, lives, booster inventory, settings, economy balances, and similar game state locally on your device and, when cloud features are enabled, in Unity Cloud Save or related Unity Gaming Services.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Beach Blast Match may collect limited analytics and diagnostic information through Unity services. This may include app version, platform, device model, operating system version, session activity, progression events, Remote Config assignment, Economy sync events, performance data, and crash diagnostics.

Purchases and Store Features

Beach Blast Match is designed to support optional in-app purchases when enabled. Purchases, refunds, restorations, and related platform store features are processed by Apple, Google, or other platform providers. Namleh Studios, LLC does not receive your payment card information.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, microphone data, or camera data.

• We do not sell personal information.
• Beach Blast Match does not use advertising identifiers or targeted advertising unless advertising features are enabled in a future update and this policy and app store disclosures are updated.

How We Use Information

• To operate Beach Blast Match, including platform sign-in, cloud save, level progression, coins, lives, boosters, and settings.
• To sync progress and restore game state across installs or devices where cloud features are enabled.
• To understand crashes, performance issues, puzzle balance, retention, and progression.
• To provide optional purchases where enabled.
• To protect Beach Blast Match, platform services, purchases, and backend services from abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers that help us operate Beach Blast Match, including Unity Gaming Services, Apple, Google, platform store providers, analytics and diagnostic providers, and infrastructure providers used for app functionality, cloud save, content delivery, purchases, security, and abuse prevention.

Children's Privacy

Beach Blast Match is designed as a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your Choices

• You can manage platform sign-in, Game Center, Google Play Games, privacy permissions, and purchase controls in iOS or Android settings.
• You can delete local progress by removing the app from your device or clearing app data through your device settings.
• You can contact us to request access, deletion, or help with account-related data where available.

Accounts and Deletion

If you use sign-in or cloud-save features, you may contact us to request account data access or deletion. We may need information sufficient to verify the account or player identifier before completing the request. Local progress and settings can be deleted by uninstalling Beach Blast Match or clearing the app's local data through your device settings.

Data Retention

Local game data remains on your device unless you delete the app or reset progress. Account, cloud-save, analytics, diagnostic, purchase, and service data are retained only as long as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the game, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the services that support Beach Blast Match. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
