Developer: Namleh Studios, LLC
Introduction
Namleh Studios, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates Brainbite, a mobile trivia game for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information Brainbite collects, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to players.
Information We Collect
Account and Authentication Data
Brainbite may use account sign-in and cloud-save services powered by Nakama and platform sign-in providers such as Apple or Google. When you use these features, we may process a player identifier, platform account identifiers, authentication tokens needed to verify sign-in, linked account state, and related technical information needed to operate your account and sync progress.
Gameplay and Cloud Progress
Brainbite may store quiz progress, seen-question history, no-repeat state, categories and topics played, difficulty choices, score history, achievements, mastery, streaks, season progress, saved or flagged questions, settings, and similar game state locally on your device and, when cloud features are enabled, in Namleh Studios, LLC backend services.
Analytics and Diagnostics
Brainbite may collect limited analytics and diagnostic information through Firebase services when analytics collection is enabled. This may include app version, platform, device model, operating system version, app-instance identifiers, session activity, quiz events, progression events, ad or purchase events where applicable, performance data, and crash diagnostics.
Question Generation and Content Delivery
Brainbite can support curated and generated trivia content. When you use custom topics or generated question features, selected topics, prompts, category, difficulty, requested question count, excluded question IDs, seed values, and related request details may be sent to Namleh Studios, LLC services, including Cloudflare Workers and provider-backed services, to generate, deliver, improve, and moderate trivia content. Do not enter personal, confidential, or sensitive information into custom topic prompts.
Payments, Ads, and Store Features
Brainbite is designed to support ads, subscriptions, season passes, lifetime ad removal, and other in-app purchases. When those features are enabled, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, restorations, ad delivery, and ad measurement may be processed by Apple, Google, advertising networks, payment processors, or other platform providers. Namleh Studios, LLC does not receive your payment card information.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone data.
- We do not collect payment card information.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use Brainbite data for targeted advertising unless ad features requiring that use are enabled and any required platform consent is requested.
How We Use Information
- To operate Brainbite, including accounts, sign-in, cloud save, and no-repeat question history.
- To generate, deliver, review, and improve trivia questions and custom topics.
- To understand crashes, performance issues, quiz balance, retention, and progression.
- To provide ads, subscriptions, purchases, ad removal, and season content where enabled.

Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers that help us operate Brainbite, including Nakama hosting or backend infrastructure, Firebase, Cloudflare, Apple, Google, advertising networks, payment processors, and AI or content providers used for question generation. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies, and we use them for app functionality, analytics, diagnostics, platform distribution, content delivery, purchases, ads, security, and abuse prevention.
Children's Privacy
Brainbite is designed as a general-audience trivia game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Your Choices
- You can turn analytics collection on or off in Brainbite's in-game settings where available.
- You can manage platform privacy permissions, advertising choices, and purchase controls in iOS or Android settings.
- You can avoid entering personal or sensitive information into custom topic prompts.
- You can delete local progress by removing the app from your device or clearing app data through your device settings.
- You can contact us to request access, deletion, or help with account-related data where available.
Accounts and Deletion
If you use sign-in or cloud-save features, you may contact us to request account data access or deletion. We may need information sufficient to verify the account or player identifier before completing the request. Local progress and settings can be deleted by uninstalling Brainbite or clearing the app's local data through your device settings.
Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device unless you delete the app or reset progress. Account, cloud-save, analytics, diagnostic, purchase, ad, and generated-content data are retained only as long as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the game, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the services that support Brainbite. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
